Jyotisa may charge you for some of its products or services. If you purchase any of the Jyotisa Services you agree to the terms of a No Refund Policy.
You agree to use the Software solely for your own lawful personal needs for entertainment. The application / service are being operated by Jyotisa – also referred to as the Company. The Company is only providing the platform where users can connect with each other and does not have any control over the users, hence the Company cannot be held liable for any deeds – misdeeds of the users.

You are using JYOTISA service at your own risk and Jyotisa does not provide warranties for the service. Astrological advice given by the Experts is based on the experience and interpretations of astrologers and it can wary from one astrologer to another Any advice received in JYOTISA should be rechecked. Jyotisa expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind.
The service is for Entertainment purposes and the User Agrees to Abide by the Rules & Laws and term and conditions as laid down by Jyotisa.
JYOTISA is for the personal use of individual members only. Astrologers may make suggestions of using mantras, gemstones or other astrological remedies to be used by you. Such recommendations are being made in good faith by the astrologers and Jyotisa has no warranty or liability on it.
JYOTISA may terminate your access or your membership for any reason. If JYOTISA terminates your membership, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees or access to digital content purchased by you.
Any claim in relation to this agreement should be filed with Jyotisa within 48 hours from the date and time when the claim first could be filed.
The services are controlled by Jyotisa from the United States of America and United Kingdom, where the Servers and Data Centres are set up. Hence the service is governed by U.S Law and U.K. Law and not by the laws of any Country, territory or jurisdiction other than the United States or United Kingdom.
Jyotisa seeks to use within reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. Unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system is guaranteed to be 100% Secure, Hence Jyotisa cannot be held responsible.
JYOTISA may collect personal information, including contact information from its users. This information allows Jyotisa to provide users with relevant astrological details. You allow JYOTISA to use your personal information. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.
Jyotisa does not sell our users' personal information to anyone for any. Also, you may have arrived at JYOTISA by following a link from an affiliate.
